For you folks who read these forums- this knife is the sharpest knife I have ever owned in 40 years.......it is razor sharp and holding its edge very well....well worth the $ and a good stcoking stuffer for your Christmas list - I have carried it with me for about 2 weeks now-GO BUY ONE TODAY
