What do tournament anglers normally do with the fish that are caught?

The club I used to belong too released them at the dock where we had weigh in. Unless it was 8lbs or more then they put it in a tank and the state came and got it for spawning in the hatchery.

99% Catch & Release, there are a few small clubs out there that do a catch and eat, where they have a fish fry on shore, but that is pretty rare these days. Most large tournaments have extensive equipment, tanks, & aereation systems to keep fish alive until they can be released off the dock or via release pontoons.
