Jamie's fish recipe

Postby allingeneral on Sun Mar 09, 2008 10:48 am

Jamie, I had to put this here so it won't get lost...

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 1 1/2 to 2 lemons)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 tablespoons natural applesauce
1 egg white, lightly beaten
1 pound catfish fillets
1 cup fine dry bread crumbs, seasoned

PREPARATION:
Mix first four ingredients together well and add fish fillets. Marinate in the refrigerator for an hour. Take catfish fillets out; dip in bread crumbs (pre-seasoned or add your own seasonings), then refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
Bake in a preheated 400° oven for about 20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
Serves 4.

I love cooking and new recipes are delightful on my part especially fish recipes. I am starting to love fish hot steak recipe and it thrills me a lot to do this recipe. My love to cooking is can't be repaid of any payday loan and the enthusiasm to serve my family with healthy and delicious dishes are top of my priorities.
