Your favorite fish recipes from baked, broiled, grilled or fried

Recipe for Cajun Batter

1 Cup flour
1/4 cup cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon pepper
1 cup of your favorite beer

Mix all dry ingredients,then add beer, mix until smooth.
Add your fish and coat with batter.
Fry fish until golden brown.

hmm... I've never tried battering fish. I always use dry bread/cracker crumbs when frying. I might have to try this one out sometime. :enlighten: Thanks!

I've tried Cajun Batter when I was in Florida. Let me tell you, it's a real treat. And now I can tell my wife how to make it! Finally!
