Sabine Lake fishing is great! We’ve been fishing on the north end east pass barrel channel. Birds working on incoming tide. Best trout to 4 lbs caught on Browns Sea Devil Glow with 1/4 Tru- Lock jigs. South end Sabine Lake has been great fishing with the light fronts coming in. The redfish/speckled trout schooling feeding on shrimp/ribbon. Limits of redfish and nice speckled trout 2 to 4 lbs. Flounder fishing picking up. Flounder to 3 lbs at the Louisiana shoreline cuts, drains, and off points. Flounder trips ran in Louisiana waters only: Sabine Lake, Calcasieu Lake, and Cameron Ship Channel
