South Florida Everglades Bass Fishing Reports

Postby peacock08 on Fri Apr 04, 2008 4:15 pm

The last few weeks in the South Florida Everglades has been good. We've fished three times boating over 125 bass to 6 lbs. Now that the water is staying warm and dropping the bass are staying on the lily pad edges making them easier targets. The night fishing should begin to become awesome anytime now. This hot weather also makes the Peacock Bass in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale lakes and canals really turn on. South Florida fishing from April through the end of June is probably the best in the country for numbers. Any plastic type lure in the canal edges or lily pads will work well. I can't fiqure out how to post the pictures, any HELP? I just figured it out !! :clapping:
