Freshwater tips, tricks and questions

Can we eat raw fresh water fish?

Postby JensenBreck » Wed Dec 20, 2017 2:21 am

You should never eat freshwater fish in raw preparations. Freshwater fish are far more likely to have nasty parasites such as the lung fluke, that can only be killed by cooking. There is a slew of other nasty beasts that can be harmful if not killed. Is this information are true. I need more information about it?
Please help.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.

Yes, with a good approach, you can create anything in terms of nutrition. I've been in bodybuilding for 10 years and I do not limit myself to eating. I eat even French fries at the right proportions and cooking with help of the best small deep fryer. Also, I advise everyone here to try pizza on the meat cake. Yes exactly. This is flying away and you can not be afraid of fat thighs.
