Box or bag?

Postby FemaleDuck on Thu Feb 12, 2009 10:07 am

Hi All
Being relatively new to this but getting keen, we are starting to get a reasonable amount of kit and need a good way of keeping and transporting it.
What do you guys use? I would imagine that some use boxes that double as seats and some use rucksacks but there could be other options. Any opinions most welcome.
Thanks

Zip-loc bags work well for large rigs such as umbrella rigs, etc. It keeps them from getting tangled. I just keep stuff like that in a large 40 quart cooler. I like using a cooler instead of a box because coolers have rounded corners and they're softer impact if they slide across the floor into the gunwale of my boat.
