SEO for 2010

Postby soloist0117 on Fri May 21, 2010 7:37 am

This year things are evolving into real time. Keywords, indexing – it’s going to be updated quicker than in the past, so you won’t be able to rest on your laurels enjoying a top spot in the SERPs (Search Engine Results Pages) and likewise, you’ll have ample opportunity to move up in the ranks if you pay attention closely.

In 2010, you’re going to see Google working on ways to combine real time results (which basically means the last one to mention something, if it’s indexed, will be shown) with relevancy, which was Google’s biggest beef with websites that were using keywords to trick searchers in the first place!

So what's SEO for 2011.

I read this and just want to share..Content VS Links

"What does that mean in terms of SEO for 2011? It means unique content is going to be more important. Google is going to start requiring more unique content from all sites. Not just emphasis on links but more emphasis on the content surrounding those links."

I guess there's nothing new with it because for those who value content Google already appreciated their efforts.

What does that mean in terms of SEO for 2011? It means unique content is going to be more important. Google is going to start requiring more unique content from all sites. Not just emphasis on links but more emphasis on the content surrounding those links.

There’s also been talk about Twitter and Facebook affecting rankings.

There’s also been talk about the anchor text use in inbound links no longer being so important.

Content is going to play a larger role in rankings.

I guess there's nothing new with it because for those who value content Google already appreciated their efforts.
