I just received a reply on another forum. they told me to try new batteries. My batteries were strong enough to run the LED light bulb but too weak to power the incandescent bulbs. I thought I had installed fresh batteries before working on the light. I changed the batteries and all is working fine....

One bulb works another kind doesn't
I have a Maglite 2 D cell flashlight. (D2027360329) Currently installed in it is a 2R1G06 bulb unit, which works just fine. I have tryed to install LWSA201U bulbs and the MAG+2CELL HK1A6 bulb that was in the tail of the flashlight. None of these work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
