It has been quite some time since I did anything on these boards partly because the place was over-run with spammers. I buckled down for the last couple of days and cleaned up all of the spammer trash and the forum is now readable and usable again. I'd love to see some traffic come back to this plac...

Is there a Capacity plate in the boat that indicates how much weight the boat will hold as well as the size of motor for which it's rated?

Trouble is - my F250 is down hard until I replace the oil cooler and EGR cooler. Damned 6.0L and its engineering issues. I bought a 2006 hoping that they had most of the problems ironed out. unfortunately not. So, I have almost all the parts. Hoping to get working on it this weekend. Maybe sometime ...

Ended up getting skunked and beat up today. No fish in the boat - not even a knock-down. 15mph wind straight down the channel made for a rough day. Thinking about heading further down-river tomorrow to see if being closer to the Bay will help matters. Supposed to be a bit less wind tomorrow, though ...

The subject says it all, really. Entered my first tournament...hoping to catch a monster Potomac rockfish tomorrow. Lines in the water at 0700.
