That's a pretty interesting looking area down there. Lots of water
I was thinking that thing looked like a pike or a muskie. I'm glad you keep telling me what different fish species are...one of these days, I might catch something out on the Potomac and I might actually know what it is!
I think I'm about to give up fishing for this year though. It's getting close enough to cold weather that I need to winterize my boat and park it. Hopefully, I'll be ready for the spring Striper run though!

It looks like you had a great day, RACN35. I've always said that those beetle spin type lures are under-rated. I've always got a couple in the tackle bag when things get really, really tough.
