Archery season started today in my area. I went out this morning and almost stepped on a rattler. Man are those things hard to see. Two questions though. Does anyone have a good recipe for rattle snake and whats the best why to tan a snake hide?

Thanks for the help. I have problems with deep fried food and heartburn so I decided to marinate in a teriyaki sauce and cook it on the grill. Good but a bit tough and not enough to fill me up. I will need more next time and maybe wrap it to keep from drying in the heat.

In Keeping with the spirit of this message board though, I still haven't seen a buck nor had a shot. One more weekend of archery season so there is still hope.
