USPS.com intermittent problems

The Postal Service continues to experience intermittent system interruptions on usps.com. We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing, especially at what is one of the busiest times of the year. We are hopeful that full service, across the country, will be restored as soon as possible. We thank you again for your patience.

The following online tools are working and available for customers:

* Postal Store
* PO Box Online
* Post Office Locator
* Calculate Postage
* Carrier Pickup
* eService
* Customer First

We have taken every step to resolve the situation, and continue to work around the clock both internally and with our external partners. In the interim, Click-N-Ship® and WebTools customers please visit one of our approved vendors: Endicia.com or Stamps.com for your shipping needs.

While we understand that convenience and access are the two biggest reasons to use usps.com, you can also conduct your Postal Service business at your local Post Office. Many of these online services are also available over the phone by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). These services include:

* ZIP Code Lookup
* Calculate Postage
* Post Office Locator
* Hold Mail
* Redelivery
* Change of Address
* Pickup on Demand
* Track and Confirm
