My family and I traveled down the Chesapeake Bay to Rudee Inlet this past weekend. On the way there, I realized it was getting a little late, so I looked up the Fisherman's Wharf marina on my blackberry and gave them a call to see if they would be open for me to refuel when I got there.
The folks at Fisherman's Wharf were wonderful and they went out of their way to help me out even after they had closed for the evening. Not only did they allow me to refuel more than an hour after their scheduled closing time, but they also set me up with an overnight slip for $2.50 per foot, helped me get tied up and settled in, and provided me with the code to the bathrooms so we could all take showers.
The folks at Fisherman's Wharf marina impressed me to no end and I will definitely be back to see them. I would recommend them to anyone who goes through the Rudee Inlet area.
Thank you Fisherman's Wharf Marina!
