The weather channel says that it's supposed to get nasty here in Virginia this weekend. Freezing rain, ice, etc. I would be happy with several inches of snow, but an layer of ice doesn't make me too excited about things. I'm hoping that it won't be too bad. I need to check my generator tonight to make sure that it's ready to go, just in case we lose power for awhile (a couple of days or something). I just stocked the wood pile in the house, so we'll have heat regardless.
I guess RACN won;t be doing any fishing on the new boat this weekend!

Re: Nasty weather on its way
well, it wasn't as bad as one might have thought it would be. We were south of the freeze line, so nothing but a bunch of rain. No freezing rain, no slick road, no trees down. Today it's a little breezy, but the sun's out and it's pretty nice outside.
