Tried it? Ulitimate Bluegill 2 Lure

Has anyone tried the Ultimate Bluegill 2 Lure from Mattelures?
This lure looks super realistic! It's a little expensive. Sells for about 23 dollars.
Worth the buy? Are fishing lures more effective if they are more realistic looking?
