Bass Boats

Post by glh0119 »

I recently saw a bass boat for sale and I was wondering if it is a good deal? It is a 1979 25th anniversary 16 ft. fiberglass boat with 150 hp Yamaha engine on the back and a foot controled trolling motor in the front. It had good seats and lots of storage and a live well. It is black, red, and silver speckled paint job. It has a few small cosmetic issues, but that is if I was being picky. When I first saw it I though it would $5000 or more. He listed it for $3500 but I heard he would take $2500 for it. What do you guys think?

Thanks, greg

If it is indeed a 16ft boat, I would think the 150hp motor exceeds the coast guard hp rating of it. You may want to check into that.
