Outdoors Blogger and Website developer

Post by allingeneral »

I got a link to this guy's site in my email a couple of weeks ago. He's writing some good SEO articles and Outdoors website related information. Give some of it a read at Outdoors Websites Blog

Hmm..I'm glad you commented on this topic. I went to look at the site mention in the OP and found a nice link that I'm checking out now... http://browsershots.org - It gives you a list of different browsers that you want to check for compatibility with your website. As I'm sure you're aware, IE and FireFox and Opera, etc all have their own ways of rendering websites, so this gadget is nice to check your website against various browsers to ensure cross-browser compatibility.

WINE is "okay" with IE and Safari. Opera, of course, has a Linux build or ten. I always just check with the browser itself though I am also a fan of virtual machines to ensure that I get an accurate font representation.
