Fishing from a kayak in lakes, streams and rivers. What to fish for, how to fish for it using a boat that barely bigger than you are.

Two Bass - One Crankbait

Post by fishwithdc »

It happened this morning... I thought I had hooked bottom until my line started traveling erratic... Had to pull up on the bank and get a quick picture...

Both about 1.5 to 2 #... Cool stuff

I've caught two catfish on the same Carolina rig before, but never two fish on the same lure with hooks that are only 3 inches apart! Nice one! You thought you had caught a "Stick Bass" (a piece of wood) or something until you got it within eyesight, eh? They tend to fight kinda weird when you hook'em like that.

I had a buddy get two decent smallies on a crank once, but that was before cell phone cameras :(
