Went out by kayak tonight throwing topwaters... Using 4# test mono ( Berkley Trilene XL )... landed this potential IGFA Line Class Record... Here are someofthe pics...Off to the biologist and certified scales first thing in the AM... Caught a bunch more in 3 to 6# range too...

4# test? I would be afraid that it would break with every fish that hits! I guess it takes a little bit of finesse to pull in a lunker like that with such small line. Nicely done! Good luck with the record!
