Taking on Mike Icconelli and Marcia Rueben for Charity

Fishing from a kayak in lakes, streams and rivers. What to fish for, how to fish for it using a boat that barely bigger than you are.

Taking on Mike Icconelli and Marcia Rueben for Charity

Post by fishwithdc »

It's a dream come true... On October 21, 2007 I will be the first kayak angler to compete against a BASS Master Elite Series pro Angler and BASS Female Pro Angler... The event is for charity and also has a field of very qualified bass anglers from across the northeast... and of course one lone kayak angler - lil' ol' me... haha

SPonsorship opportunities are available -

Now I can show those power boat guys that we kayak anglers can compete at any level...

That sounds very interesting! I wish you the best of luck. Hopefully, you can find a spot close to the start point. Something those BASS folks have is speed to get the to their fishin' hole in a hurry!

Good luck!
