Why I Love Trout Fishing

Trout fishing is absolutely my favorite type of fishing. In fact, it's my screen name! The reason I enjoy it so much is that they are typically harder to catch than bass, but yield much better tasting meat than any bass, in my opinion. I fish reguarly in lakes and streams for trout when they are stocked around where I live. If anyone has any questions about this type of fishing, just let me know and I will try to help!

I;ve never eaten a trout. I can't imagine that they're any better than a nicely baked Striper fillet!
