South Florida Peacock Bass Fishing Report 5-7-08

Peacock bass fishing in South Florida continues to be great in the Miami area. Yesterday on May 6th we boated 15 peacock bass in a half-day trip on the C-1oo canal which is located in a suburb of Miami called Pinecrest. It's a quite beautiful area of Miami with many upscale homes. We actually are fishing in backyards of millionaires! Last week we were out twice and landed 64 fish with a few real big fish at 5 and 6 lbs. The fish on Tuesday were running a little smaller up to 3 lbs. We never saw a big fish yesterday.
