It's been an awesome month for peacock bass fishing in Miami. This week we had two trips and we landed 35 peacock bass up to 6 lbs. Peacocks love hot weather which is different from regular bass species. The hotter usually the better.

So, do you eat those things or what? Is that meat at the top of its head, or bone? Do you fry them or bake them? Just wondering...
