Ice Fishing

How many of you guys have ever ice fished? Here in Iowa we have little choice this time of year.
Normally we just go after the small fish like bluegills and crappies. They are really good eating this time of year and stay nice and fresh till you are ready to fillet them out.
Some of the guys spend allot of money on everything from power augers to ice shelters but to get started you really only need a cheap ice rod, a hand auger to drill through the ice and a few small jigs and a pocket full of wax worms or other bait. Just curious on how many on this site have ever tried it or might still do it. Keepfishn4fun!
