Well it dont look like I'll be boating a triple digit this year.....although we did get on some nice ones today......caught a 58 early this morning on Chickmauga......took out at lunch and went down on Nickajack.......fished hard and at 3:00 oclock we got a 34 lber.......fished hard some more, and on the last stop of the day they turned on in a big way.....at around 5:45 Matt hung into a good one 68 Lbs worth of Bluecat......right after pics and release Matt says Clayton your rod, which was one of my smaller rigs with braid on it.....it was locked in and the fish was pulling drag.......about 2 mins into the battle the rod in the front went off, Matt pushes the lever drag up in the rod holder....but he can't get it out of the holder, so he pushed the drag back down and bird nested the reel.....well we are still fighting Clayton's fish and Matt get's the bird nest out and is now fighting his fish.....we boat both of those a 70 and 60 lber...and another rod went off, turned out to be a small one only 51 lbs.....total 6 Blues 341 Lbs and one dink.....Bait -Cut Skipjack
