Our local high school rifle team is conducting a raffle in an effort to offset their costs for a trip this summer. The winner of the raffle will win $400 cash or an M-1 Garand Rifle, seen below.
Tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20. The cost for food, ammunition, lodging, gas and entry fee for the 10 day excursion totals a little over $900 per person. The more donations we collect, the less out-of-pocket expense for these kids on their trip.
If you are interested in contributing, please reply to this thread or PM me. I will accept a check or money order for entry and will keep a tally of any tickets sold right here, then I'll mail your ticket(s) to you.
The drawing will be held on June 21st and you do not have to be present to win.
PS: We'll probably have to send you cash if you win...I don't really want to mess with interstate sales of the rifle at this point
