Have you ever had your spinnerbait turn on its side and rise to the surface during a rapid retrieval? At the Texas Fishing & Hunting Show in Arlington earlier this year, I learned about a company, Secret Weapon Lures. Last week, the president, Joe, explained to me how the company got started. It has to do with a guy named Bob Rickard, an aeronautics engineer, who set out to solve this problem.
