South Florida Peacock Bass 10-25-08

Post by peacock08 »

Fishing for peacock bass in South Florida continues to produce good results. It's been a quite rainy season causing high water conditions through out Florida which slows down the fishing for both species of bass. The Everglades are very high but Lake Okeechobee is finally back to more normal levels which will help make a great winter fishing season. The Miami canals for Peacock Bass are being lowered along with clean water is producing good fishing. We were out Saturday and landed 12 peacocks with two at 4 lbs.
