Lake Okeechobee Bass Fishing

It's been a great spring in South Florida for largemouth bass on Lake Okeechobee and the Florida everglades. We've had multiple trip with over 100 bass caught up to 6 lbs. Here's a few nice 6 lb. largemouth caught on Lake Okeechobee in April.

It's been an awesome month for peacock bass fishing in Miami. This week we had two trips and we landed 35 peacock bass up to 6 lbs. First Tarpon Ever!

Just a little side trip to the west coast of Florida last week around the Boca Grande area. I caught my first tarpon ever and boy she was a beauty. This big gal weighed 160 lbs and took me 45 minutes to land. I'm still tired!

Boca Grande, Florida Tarpon

Look at this great Tarpon I caught last week over on the west coast of Florida north of Ft. Myers in Boca Grande Pass area. She weighed in at 160 lbs. and 75" long. I'm still sore!
